  • Less energy required to raise the air temperature to the desired level as the combustion air is preheated.
  • Core 10 APH tube lowers the flue gas temperature and reduces pollutant emission.
  • It improves the efficiency of the boiler which results in cost savings for fuel consumption.

What is the position of air preheater? what is it temperature range ?

  • The position of air preheaters is between flue gas outlet (chimney) and air inlet (economizer) in a boiler system.
  • Flue gas leaves the APH tube specification convection section at 400°C. The cast air preheater cools down the temperature to 2400°C. This can increase the overall efficiency by 10%.
